Let’s Play a Game

Time to play cards.  After doing inventory this week, I have realized that it’s time to clean up a bit.  Esteban & I have got a lot of random bottles.  With that being said, we want you all to pick a card at random.  Each one will represent what we will serve you booze-wise tonight.  We can call it a “Dealer’s Shop” tonight.  When you come up to the bar, you can order off the menu or you can choose a card from the deck that will deal you a libation of our choice.

Here’s how the cards work:

If you select the Ace of Spades, you will receive a very old flight of booze for $11

Any suited Ten, J, Q, K will get you a $10 cocktail

Any suited Nine will get you a $9 cocktail

Any suited Eight will get you a shot & a beer for $8

Any suited Seven will get you a FREE cocktail

Any suited Six will get you a shot for $6

If you select any suited Two, Three, Four, Five , or Ace of Hearts, Diamonds or Clubs, you must draw again.  If you select the same number, you will receive a $25 GIFT CERTIFICATE.

Keep in mind that if you select an ace that is not spades, you select again, and if you get the ace of spades, you can buy the flight and receive the certificate.

GOOD LUCK Y’ALL!!

Time for Sotol

This Wednesday, Esteban & I will be going all out with Sotol.  We will taste you on it, swap it out for base spirits in your favorite cocktails, and make you new cocktails.  Some of you might be wondering sotol is.  Is it like Tequila?  Is it a type of Mezcal?  Is it Agave? Well.  We will give you the answers when we see you this Wednesday, March 9th.
